When refunds are issued
- Eligible cancellations under our Cancellation Policy.
- Host cancellation of a confirmed booking.
- Booking issues confirmed by RideSetter support.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Disputes
Renters and hosts may open a dispute through the platform for review by RideSetter support.
