Terms of Service

Welcome to RideSetter. These Terms of Service govern your use of the RideSetter marketplace for jet ski and personal watercraft rentals. By creating an account or booking a ride, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity on your account.

2. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are confirmed once an owner accepts and the renter completes payment. RideSetter charges a platform fee on each booking.

3. Hosts

Hosts represent that they own or are authorized to rent the listed watercraft and that it is in safe, operable condition.

4. Renters

Renters agree to follow all local laws, operate within posted boundaries, and sign the rental waiver before each trip.

5. Disputes

RideSetter mediates disputes between hosts and renters; the platform's decision on damage deposit claims is final.
